Dr. Wilkins does about 135 sonograms per month. The vast majority are for prenatal evaluations: determining dates, twins, and congenital anomalies. He also examines abdominal soft tissue and organs to determine if there are diseases present. Sonography is a very helpful, non-invasive tool that aides in diagnosis.
We get referrals daily asking us to use our Sonosite machine to do sonograms locally. We are limited by only having one physician who can use this valuable tool. If we had a sonography technician who could do the testing we could take referrals to help other doctors in their diagnosis and treatment of patients.
Pray for God to send us someone who has this skill or could be trained to do this work.
